Nathan Smith, a dedicated father of four and the visionary force behind Birdie. Nathan established Birdie Wealth in 2017, an award-winning mortgage brokerage with a strong commitment to providing personalised advice tailored to each client's unique circumstances. Nathan has guided countless first-time buyers towards homeownership and supported experienced buyers in expanding their investment portfolios.

Recognising that the journey to homeownership extends beyond securing a loan, Nathan took a bold step by launching Birdie Conveyancing in 2020. This time, he ventures into property management together with long-time friend and now business partner, Kate Phillips, launching Birdie Property. As tenants, landlords, and investors themselves, they have firsthand experience with the entire process. You can count that your property is their priority.

Passionate about making a positive impact, Nathan remains actively involved in philanthropic endeavours, particularly supporting Enough is Enough Anti-Violence Movement, Inc., a local charity focused on domestic violence support. For Nathan, success is not solely defined by financial gain but by the joy and fulfilment he finds in his work, balanced with cherished moments spent with his family.
